Description
This is a score for String Orchestra (Violin 1 & 2, Viola, Cello and Bass along with a 3rd Violin part just in case the orchestra is low on the Violas). It is 'a little touch with snippets' of the 1st movement of Vivaldi's Violin Concerto in A Minor. The main theme gets thrown around the entire orchestra allowing all of the players to experience this wonderful melody. The Conductor must! study this score thoroughly so that he or she is prepared to conduct the orchestra with full confidence due to the fact that: this score involves a lot of fugue and contrapuntal entrances. I recommend that this piece receive much rehearsals and, I recommend this for the 'intermediate to advanced' level youth players. Enjoy!
